REFUND POLICY
We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with its packaging. To initiate a return, you can contact us in the CONTACTS section, indicating your order number and attaching a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
N.B. The shipping service will be charged to the customer. Shipping will be refunded only in case of defective or damaged product, after receiving photos and demonstrative information.
REFUNDS
